K.Bunniii ◊【ESCAPE ROOM】No Way Out ♡ Red Market
I'm super excited about this post as it will be my first escape room review!
People that know me know that I am obsessed with escape rooms and when I say obsessed I mean OBSESSED. My friends are all fortunate enough to have me drag them to escape rooms all across the GTA (Richmond Hill, Markham, Scarborough and Newmarket).

Today's review is extra special as we took our escape adventure to Mississauga last night. A little background before I jump into this review, I had really high expectations bringing our escape adventures to Mississauga because it was the only area that we haven't explored yet. We've been hearing endless experiences from fellow escape addicts, which made our anticipation so much higher.

Pre-Room Experience: I would have thought going to somewhere that was highly anticipated we would at least make it on time, but nope we got lost. The place was a bit confusing to find and the dark streets did not help. We completely missed the sign the first time we drove past the plaza, making us completely clueless. It didn't help as all the building looked the same too. Eventually we found the place and it was very similar to Escape Game Canada (sketchy level that is haha). When walking in, the first thing I noticed was how big the lobby was. There was a spot for pictures and another side with coaches and tables. The staff were super friendly and had a sense of humour that we were too slow for haha. There were lockers for us to put our stuff like most escape game companies. We were led to the room and you can see how big the place is and a little sneak peek of their up coming room, which made it so much more exciting. A short backstory was told to us, but I can barely remember as I was so excited to enter the room.
Room Quality: Before entering the room we got split into two teams. We eventually reunited, so it wasn't one of those rooms where two groups kinda solved puzzles on their own and then join near the end. From playing all these escape rooms, I realized the first thing I notice when entering a room is if I'm immersed by the theme or not. It was so well designed! The room had props that fit the theme very well. It was a bit creepy, but not to the point where you're terrified. The puzzles also kept us all entertained and wasn't just locks everywhere that we needed to unlock. We went into the room with 6 players and it had more than enough space to fit us all.
Puzzle Design: In my opinion the puzzles were a lot more well rounded. Instead of having us solve math problems or decode scrambled words like some escape rooms, it was more hands-on puzzles. Some puzzles did had us hovering over one another, which in my opinion was one of the downfalls of the room. In terms of the difficulty level, it was not hard to an extreme however there were certain part that made us confused and not sure what to do.
Overall:
The theme and room quality was excellent. The only drawback was how little there was. Don't get me wrong - the room and experience was excellent, but because we went in knowing that the room next to us was one of their best we were anticipating more. However, with that being said this room was still super fun and well designed. We all left knowing we wanted to come back because we can see so much coming from this newly opened escape game company. You can tell they spent a lot of time and thought into their rooms. Yay, we'll be back soon!
Happy Escaping!
